Length and mass units – matching games

This metric units resource comprises two sets of 14 dominoes to develop fluency in converting length between millimetres, centimetres, metres and kilometres and mass between grams, kilograms and tonnes.

The units are given in a mixture of words and abbreviations and the teaching notes include instructions on playing dominoes as a class or individually, and using the cards for a game of pairs. The cards can also be used as loop cards.
