Use proportion to calculate the right quantities of ingredients to make different amounts shortbread from a basic recipe.

The worksheet presents the activity as a 'burst' while the presentation shows it as a table, considers the ratio of ingredients and includes the answers.

Great resource for teaching ratio and scaling. Mistake in the top right hand box on both sides. Says ....... g sugar and then ........g caster. Should be just ........g castor sugar.
