Thank you for your comment, Lisa. I have had a look at slide 12 and I think you're supposed to find the lengths of the shape from the grid behind it. As you say, if you prefer the numbers to be there, you can just add them on!

Great resource of showing how to use formulae. Error on slide 12 where the actual measurements of the kite do not appear - easily fixed.

The total surface area (A). The word " Total" should be added to make the sentence more clear
