Making shortbread

Work out proportions for making different amounts shortbread when given a recipe. Choose the Word document for a 'burst' style worksheet, or opt for the PowerPoint for a more simple table (or, as they both use the same values, to give answers).

Great resource for teaching ratio and scaling. Mistake in the top right hand box on both sides. Says ....... g sugar and then ........g caster. Should be just ........g castor sugar.
